Catch Flip Release is a Bay Area real estate investment company founded by Greg Ng. My real estate journey began with owning a rental property before transitioning into house flipping. After investing in real estate education and coaching, I purchased my first flip in 2020 and have continued buying and renovating properties throughout the Bay Area ever since. I focus on straightforward transactions, clear communication, and finding solutions that make sense for everyone involved.

From Fixers to Finished Homes
We’ve worked on properties throughout the Bay Area in all kinds of conditions. From outdated homes and major renovations to complete transformations, every project starts with seeing the potential in the property.
South San Francisco Lot Split + ADU
Completed a two-home lot split to create separate parcels. Converted the basement into an attached ADU, expanded the main home from a 2-bed/1-bath to a 3-bed/2-bath, and renovated the second home.
Union City Distressed Property Transformation
Purchased the property from a trustee near the completion of a squatter eviction. We were there when the sheriff returned possession of the property, then completed a full renovation and transformed the home.
Fremont Renovation + Seller Rent-Back
Purchased the property as-is and provided the seller 30 days of free rent-back, giving her time to pack, close on her next home, and move on her timeline. Afterward, we completed a full renovation.
